Rice Bags and Interview Questions

This month for the activity we made rice bags for the Pediatric Clinic here in Logan.

With the recent interviewing process many of the club members have been invited to go to various schools for an interview.  We have compiled some of the questions that have been asked:

Tell me about a situation where you had to demonstrate patience.
Tell me about a situation where you had to work with a team.
What responsibility do you have in group projects? (leader, organizer, follower?)
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a situation that many emotions were involved.
Why do you want to go to this program?
Tell me why you want to go into physical therapy.
Tell me how you deal with many different cultures.
What is a situation you have had to deal with an ethical decision.
Do you have any questions?
Why are you interested in Physical Therapy? Share experiences.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
If you could change one thing about current health care laws, what would it be and why?
If you could invite three people in the history of the world to dinner, who would they be and why?
Describe a time when you had to train someone on the job and what you learned.
What is your idea of professionalism as a PT?
From your unique experiences, what will you bring to our program?
Why do you want to come to this school?
What are your views on Direct Access? Discuss.
What is the main thing you learned from your experiences: growing up in a small town/ for two years in South America/ living in a different state or a big city?

If you have been invited to an interview and have input on questions you possibly felt were difficult please email any of us in the presidency and we will post those questions here on the blog.
